-Excellent mechanical properties, traction, flexion and compression.
It has little resistance to mineral oils and for this reason has limited uses in seals.

- Good adhesion to fabric and metals.
The best application is with parts subject to collisions, wear and tear and compression, such as cushioning, shock absorbers, separators and wedges.
